Reflection


The benefits of blog for education.
In view of the author.
-      Will have to search a knowledge and research in the scrap or study from various sources so they have extensive knowledge on that topic.
-      Analyze, synthesis and summary information / knowledge in order to bring the content to be or findings that the posts in blog.
-       Reading text comment about the content contained in blog is very helpful. Because the author is aware of the views and experiences of others, which can be processed more knowledge and knowledge may be new information about the blog topic.
In view of the reader
-       Read the knowledge / information that has been collected or analyzed.
-       May cause a new concept from experience, comment of others.
-       A space for sharing comments / knowledge / experience that you know.

Applied to instruction
 .                             1.   Using blog to present the report/project/research
                        Blog can show a proposal of project for get the comments. Then presents the 
principles / theories of process and results are summarized. In every process to post in blog can exchange ideas with people who comment.
                        2.   Using blog to add content / additional exercises for students who have the ability to learn than others, it can increase self-study from blog of the instructor.

Qualifications of a successful blogger.
 .                              1.   Attempt to discover or try to give some consideration to the contents contained in the blog.
                         2.   Has the ability to analyze Synthesis of information / knowledge.
                         3.  To improvement and ongoing restoration blog.
                         4.   Interests and respond to people who comment.
                         5.   Designed pattern. Blog to attract attention.





When is e-Learning Appropriate?

  • If you have a large number of participants
  • If your participants are geographically dispersed
  • If the topic is short – say under an hour – or if it can be divided in to short, 20 minute modules
  • If the information in the topic changes frequently, it is easier to update in this format
  • If the learners are able to access the e-Learning (they have readily available computers)
  • If you need to have information disseminated quickly
  • It CAN be done simply via PowerPoint and voice overs

Using the table below, you can get an idea of what types of course activities match your learning style. Remember that we generally learn in a variety of different ways and most courses combine delivery modalities to reach a large audience. Be sure to ask if you have a preference or need for a particular type of learning.
